Camper’s Experience

Traditions, Outdoor Activities, Arts, Swimming, Field Trips, and around role models.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN TO US?

CAMPERS COME FIRST

We want our campers to be future role models and we believe as Monarch Staff we have to role model what it means to put others before yourself.

HOW DO WE DO THIS?

GROWTH THROUGH PARTICIPATION

We expose our campers to new and different experiences. We as leaders need to find a way to get all campers involved in our activities. If campers do not want to play a sport or do an activity we find a way to get them involved.
