COUNSELORS IN TRAINING PROGRAM

Rates: $400/week ($320 for week 4 because we do not offer camp on July 4). Minimum 5 week sign up.

This program is designed to meet the following goals:

To lead and challenge participants to grow into responsible and productive young adults through fun and exciting activities.

To develop future camp Junior Counselors and Counselors who are well-rounded and well-trained.

Each week CIT’s will receive a mix of both “classroom type” training and hands-on experience with groups. CIT’s will be assigned to work with groups of campers and their counselors.  CIT’s interaction with camp groups will always be supervised.

C.I.T.’s will receive CPR and First Aid training and certification as well as “life skills” training on topics such as how fill out a job application, how to interview for a job, etc.

In addition, CIT’s enjoy special events, activities, and  special field trips to Metro Art Tour on Tuesday July 2 & Fulcrum Adventures Ropes Course on Tuesday, August 6.

Admission to the program is by interview only and enrollment is very limited. 

DO NOT REGISTER! CAMPERS MUST BE ACCEPTED BEFORE REGISTERING.
