Step 3 (First Round Interview): From April through May, we hold 3 sets of First Round Interviews with about 30 candidates each. We are looking to see how outgoing and exciting our candidates are in front of a group of strangers.
Step 4 (Invitation): We call reference checks and do criminal backgrounds checks to select 50 candidates total to be invited to our Second Round Interview.
Step 5 (Second Round Interview): At the end of May, we hold our Second Round Interview. On this day, we simulate a full day camp experience in order to see our candidates in action by playing sports, leading activities, and making a memorable experience. Through this experience, some candidates may realize they might not want to spend their summer in our program. Out of the 50 invited, we accept about 40 of the candidates into our program.
