Escape to island paradise with six days and five nights of beach camping under the stars on Catalina Island! Campers will embark on a picturesque journey departing from LAVC to San Pedro Harbor before sailing across the Pacific aboard the Catalina Express to this pristine oasis just off the coast of Southern California. Campers can explore hidden coves, pristine beaches, and scenic hiking trails at their leisure among a vibrant ecosystem including bison, deer, island foxes, flying fish, dolphins, seals, and Garibaldi. Indulge in the island lifestyle with an array of activities including swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, tidepool exploration, shark fishing, hiking, disc golf, and cooking freshly caught seafood, all while soaking up the sun. Gather around the campfire to share stories under the starlit sky, roast marshmallows, and hang with new friends. Our homebase at Bahia Azul, adjacent to the Two Harbors Campground, offers a secluded camping experience with access to a semi-private beach. With all logistics including food, transport, and supervision taken care of, your Catalina Island camping adventure promises to be unforgettable!

Campers will embark on an adventure amidst the towering majesty of sequoia trees, the awe-inspiring depths of glacier-carved rock domes, and the breathtaking vistas of Sequoia & Kings Canyon. Dive into the waters of Hume Lake for a refreshing swim or glide across its surface on a paddleboard. Explore Buck Rock Fire lookout perched high above the wilderness. Journey through an ancient forest to see General Sherman and General Grant, colossal titans that reign as the largest trees on Earth! Ascend Moro Rock and be rewarded with a panoramic spectacle that plunges deeper than the Grand Canyon. And that’s just the beginning! Campers will retreat to cozy bunk cabins nestled among the trees and indulge in hearty meals served at our rustic dining deck and lodge. With every detail arranged, from transportation to supervision, pack your bags and join us for a traditional sleepaway camp, where the spirit of exploration awaits and memories are forged to last a lifetime!
